Cooperative of Women 'Žena' was established in 2013 upon initiative by Association of Women 'Maja' from Kravice. It is a result of long-term cooperation with CARE International Balkans which helped with their registration and improvement of their greenhouse production and other products through its project 'Economic Empowerment in Eastern Bosnia - BIRAČ region' financed by the EU, CARE has strengthened the cooperative but also helped its members to increase production, go to the market place and start selling their products.
