Emica Ćorić rođena je 1973. godine u Mostaru, gdje je završila osnovnu školu i Gimnaziju. Završila je Uneskov koledž u Štutgartu 2001. godine. Nakon završenog koledža počinje sa radom na čuvenom Maks Plank institutu za biologiju u Tibingenu u timu prof. dr Nikosa Logote sa i prof. dr Kristijane Nislajn-Folhard (dobitnica Nobelove nagrade 1995. za medicinu zbog proučavanja u oblasti embrionalnog razvoja). Vlastiti Centar za reproduktivnu medicinu „IUNO“ sa nazivom projekta „Od želje do djeteta“, čiji je stručni voditelj, osnovala je u Mostaru 2008. godine

She was born in 1973 in Mostar, where she finished elementary school and Grammar School. She graduated from the UNESCO College in Stuttgart in 2001. After graduation, she started working at the famous Max Planck Institute for Biology in Tübingen on the team of Prof. Dr. Nikos Logothetis and Prof. Dr. Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard (winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1995 - embryonic development). She established her Center for Reproductive Medicine – IUNO in Mostar, in 2008.
